THE CURSING COMMANDS OF MO-HAM-MAD
Note: Mo-ham-mad cursed those make pictures and own cameras.
Volume 3, Book 34, Number 299:
Narrated 'Aun bin Abu Juhaifa:
My father bought a slave who practiced the profession of cupping. (My
father broke the slave's instruments of cupping). I asked my father why
he had done so. He replied, "The Prophet forbade the acceptance of the
price of a dog or blood, and also forbade the profession of tattooing,
getting tattooed and receiving or giving Riba, (usury), and cursed the
picture-makers."
Note: Mo-ham-mad taught to curse those who curse you.
Volume 4, Book 52, Number 186:
Narrated 'Aisha:
Once the Jews came to the Prophet and said, "Death be upon you." So I
cursed them. The Prophet said, "What is the matter?" I said, "Have you
not heard what they said?" The Prophet said, "Have you not heard what I
replied (to them)? (I said), ('The same is upon you.')"
Note: Mo-ham-mad thought that cursed Jews were changed into rats.
Volume 4, Book 54, Number 524:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said, "A group of Israelites were lost. Nobody knows what
they did. But I do not see them except that they were cursed and
changed into rats, for if you put the milk of a she-camel in front of a
rat, it will not drink it, but if the milk of a sheep is put in front
of it, it will drink it." I told this to Ka'b who asked me, "Did you
hear it from the Prophet ?" I said, "Yes." Ka'b asked me the same
question several times.; I said to Ka'b. "Do I read the Torah? (i.e. I
tell you this from the Prophet.)"
Note: Mo-ham-mad thought that he could physically tie up demons.
Volume 4, Book 55, Number 634:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said, "A strong demon from the Jinns came to me yesterday
suddenly, so as to spoil my prayer, but Allah enabled me to overpower
him, and so I caught him and intended to tie him to one of the pillars
of the Mosque so that all of you might see him, but I remembered the
invocation of my brother Solomon: 'And grant me a kingdom such as shall
not belong to any other after me.' (38.35) so I let him go cursed."
Note: Mo-ham-mad wanted women to have beards.
Volume 6, Book 60, Number 408:
Narrated Alqama:
'Abdullah (bin Masud) said. "Allah curses those ladies who practice
tattooing and those who get themselves tattooed, and those ladies who
remove the hair from their faces and those who make artificial spaces
between their teeth in order to look more beautiful whereby they change
Allah's creation." His saying reached a lady from Bani Asd called Um
Yaqub who came (to Abdullah) and said, "I have come to know that you
have cursed such-and-such (ladies)?" He replied, "Why should I not
curse these whom Allah's Apostle has cursed and who are (cursed) in
Allah's Book!" Um Yaqub said, "I have read the whole Quran, but I did
not find in it what you say." He said, "Verily, if you have read it
(i.e. the Quran), you have found it. Didn't you read: 'And whatsoever
the Apostle gives you take it and whatsoever he forbids you, you
abstain (from it). (59.7)
She replied, "Yes, I did," He said, "Verily, Allah's Apostle forbade
such things." "She said, "But I see your wife doing these things?" He
said, "Go and watch her." She went and watched her but could not see
anything in support of her statement. On that he said, "If my wife was
as you thought, I would not keep her in my company."
Note: Mo-ham-mad cursed women who wore wigs.
Volume 6, Book 60, Number 409:
Narrated Abdullah (bin Mus'ud):
Allah's Apostle has cursed the lady who uses false hair.
Note: Mo-ham-mad cursed women who practiced tattooing.
Volume 7, Book 63, Number 259:
Narrated Abu Juhaifa:
The Prophet cursed the lady who practices tattooing and the one who
gets herself tattooed, and one who eats (takes) Riba' (usury) and the
one who gives it. And he prohibited taking the price of a dog, and the
money earned by prostitution, and cursed the makers of pictures.
Note: Mo-ham-mad cursed men who maintained homes and women who worked.
Volume 7, Book 72, Number 773:
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas:
Allah's Apostle cursed those men who are in the similitude (assume the
manners) of women and those women who are in the similitude (assume the
manners) of men.
Note: Mo-ham-mad cursed those who wear dental braces.
Volume 7, Book 72, Number 815:
Narrated 'Abdullah:
Allah has cursed those women who practise tattooing and those who get
themselves tattooed, and those who remove their face hairs, and those
who create a space between their teeth artificially to look beautiful,
and such women as change the features created by Allah. Why then should
I not curse those whom the Prophet has cursed? And that is in Allah's
Book. i.e. His Saying: 'And what the Apostle gives you take it and what
he forbids you abstain (from it).' (59.7)
Note: Mo-ham-mad commands cancer patients not to wear wigs.
Volume 7, Book 72, Number 818:
Narrated Asma:
(the daughter of Abu' Bakr) A woman came to Allah's Apostle and said,
"I married my daughter to someone, but she became sick and all her hair
fell out, and (because of that) her husband does not like her. May I
let her use false hair?" On that the Prophet cursed such a lady as
artificially lengthening (her or someone else's) hair or got her hair
lengthened artificially.
Note: Mo-ham-mad commands measle patients not to wear wigs.
Volume 7, Book 72, Number 824:
Narrated Asma':
A woman asked the Prophet saying, "0 Allah's Apostle! My daughter got
measles and her hair fell out. Now that I got her married, may I let
her use false hair?" He said (to her), "Allah has cursed the lady who
lengthens hair artificially and the one who gets her hair lengthened
artificially."
Note: Mo-ham-mad cursed women who have cosmetic surgery.
Volume 7, Book 72, Number 826:
Narrated Ibn Mas'ud:
Allah has cursed those women who practise tattooing or get it done for
themselves, and those who remove hair from their faces, and those who
create spaces between their teeth artificially to look beautiful, such
ladies as change the features created by Allah. Why then shall I not
curse those whom Allah's Apostle has cursed and who are cursed in
Allah's Book too?
Note: Mo-ham-mad cursed those who are in the banking industry.
Volume 7, Book 72, Number 845:
Narrated Abu Juhaifa:
that he had bought a slave whose profession was cupping. The Prophet
forbade taking the price of blood and the price of a dog and the
earnings of a prostitute, and cursed the one who took or gave (Riba')
usury, and the lady who tattooed others or got herself tattooed, and
the picture-maker.
