On January 20, 2021, Biden stopped work on the Keystone Oil Pipeline and Arctic oil leases on public lands causing higher fuel prices with Executive Order 13990. This executive order also made the United States rejoin the Paris Climate Accord thereby empowering European oligarchs with billions of dollars.
On January 20, 2021, Biden ordered work on southern border wall stopped that encouraged massive illegal immigration resulting in higher disease and crime. This order left billions of dollars of work unfinished that was under contract.

Does it appear that the January 6th Capitol event was an deliberate setup to defame President Donald Trump?

The plant shutdown was on January 31st and baby formula was recalled from retail stores on February 17th. This action caused country-wide shortages that was not acknowledged by the Biden Administration until May. An agreement was made between the F.D.A. and Abbot for production to be restarted in May. However, shortages existed for months since it took time to restart the manufacturing process and deliver formula to numerous retail locations. The Biden Administration is clueless about business operations.

Joe Biden called attempts to stop the destructive LBGTQI+ lifestyle as hateful, harmful, and discriminatory. Department of Education programs will be advanced in educational institutions for the promotion of the harmful LGBTQI+ lifestyle. Joe Biden is practicing discrimination by appointing people based solely on their LGBTQI+ identity to the highest levels of government. The pride flag was flown on all federal buildings for the month of June.
By June 2022, inflation had skyrocketed to forty year highs prompting the Federal Reserve to raise the prime rate resulting in home loan interest rates increasing three times what they were under Trump's presidency.

In desperation to lower oil prices, the Biden Administration began releasing emergency oil reserves without any consideration on the destination of the oil. Reuters traced oil shipments using customs data to numerous foreign countries including China. China is now directly benefiting at the expense of US consumers as a result of Biden's escalating panic to undo the consequences of his catastrophic green policies by selling the most valuable US assets directly to Beijing.
On August 16, 2022, Biden signed into law the Inflation Reduction Act that will not reduce inflation. Instead, corporation tax rates will increase thereby decreasing investment capital needed to improve products and services for consumers. Another Socialistic aspect of the act are the cost caps placed on prescription drugs and Obamacare insurance premiums. Expect shortages of medical professionals and drugs as profit margins shrink for medical providers and drug manufacturers. Finally, the bulk of government funding will be spent on inefficient green energy production that will lead to shortages of all living essentials such as power, food, and housing.

Democrat California Governor Gavin Newsom called for a complete bailout of Silicon Valley Bank despite being a client and his wife's charity having received donations from the bank.
After hosting a White House Reception to celebrate Eid al-Fitr, Joe Biden administration held a "listening" session with Muslim leaders on May 3, 2023. Muslim leaders outlined the challenges facing their communities and made recommendations for confronting Islamophobia hate and bigotry. The Biden-Harris administration expressed their commitment to countering Islamophobia. On October 7, 2023, more than 2,000 Palestinian Hamas gunmen attacked Israel through 29 breaches in the barrier surrounding the Gaza Strip. The invasion led to atrocities committed against numerous civilians. At least 30 Americans were killed by Palestinian Hamas gunmen. This war was funded by the Biden Administration that has released millions in aid to the Palestinians in violation of the Taylor Force Act that prohibits U.S. assistance to the Palestinian Authority until it ends its pay-to-slay policy of providing funds to terrorists and their families.

On February 8, 2024 per CNN, special counsel Robert Hur released a searing report Thursday that concluded President Joe Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified military and national security information but recommended he not face charges after a yearlong investigation into his handling of classified documents. The report also mentioned apparent memory lapses, saying investigators found Biden’s “memory was significantly limited” during interviews with his ghost writer and an interview with Hur’s office last year. According to the report, Biden – during the 2023 interview – did not remember when his son Beau died nor the years he was vice president.

Finally per the Inflation Reduction Act, oil and gas companies must pay an interest fee for the privilege of bidding. These changes will effectively eliminate 10 percent of oil and gas production for the United States as companies will not be able extract, transport, refine, and distribute products at a profit. The Inflation Reduction Act will produce hyper-inflation and destroy the United States economy.

On April 19, 2024, the Department of Education announced a new rule for Title IX that codifies protections for transgender students from sex discrimination. It prohibits discrimination against LGBTQ students and employees based on their sexual orientation, gender identity and sex characteristics. Biology is no longer a factor for sex determination and the Biden Administration will effectively destroy women's sports.

On April 26, 2024, the Department of Health and Human Services announced sweeping new rules for government health officials, organizations receiving federal health funding, and health insurers that do business through government plans must abide by the nondiscrimination standards. LGBTQ+ people can now force providers to provide services against their religious beliefs. Democrats are determined to provide expensive medical and drug therapies for those who practice perversive lifestyles at affordable rates.
On May 31, 2024, Joe Biden said in a public statement, "It's reckless. It's dangerous. It's irresponsible for anyone to say this was rigged just because they don't like the verdict," in reference to his opponent Donald Trump being convicted of 34 felonies in the Manhattan District Court. However, Justice Juan Merchan who presided over the case was previously reprimanded for having donated to Democrat aligned groups in 2020 including the Biden campaign. His daughter, Loren Merchan, manages a consulting firm that is capitalizing on her father's show trial. The district attorney, Alvin Bragg, campaigned on the promise to prosecute Donald Trump in 2021. The lead prosecuter, Matthew Colangelo, was formerly the number 3 person at the Biden Department of Justice before suddenly quitting and being hired by Alvin Bragg in late 2022 for a decrease in pay. For years, Matthew Colangelo has been a Democrat operative having worked for Letitia James, the Obama administration, and the Democrat National Committee. The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York and the Federal Election Commission both previously declined to charge Trump. Yes, Democrats are destroying democracy in America with communist show trials.

On June 27, 2024, Joe Biden and Donald Trump had the first general election debate that was hosted by CNN with moderators who were Biden supporters. However, the dementia of Joe Biden was on full display as he had trouble remembering and responding to questions. Biden's dementia that had been hidden from public by media, family, and staff could not be ignored any longer by all Democrats. After several Democrats called for his dropping out of the presidental race, Joe Biden finally agreed and on July 21, 2024 ended his campaign with a simple statement on Elon Musk's X social media platform. Elon Musk had publicly endorsed Donald Trump after the debate. Most Democrats praised Joe Biden as a true patriot and great American.
On July 29th, 2024, Joe Biden made the statement, "I have great respect for our institutions and the separation of powers laid out in our Constitution." However, Biden quickly followed up by saying, "What's happening now is not consistent with that doctrine of separation of powers. Extremism is undermining the public confidence in the court's decisions." Biden never wanted to abide by his proposals of term limits and ethical standards while in Congress or as Vice-President. For example, Joe Biden was a Senator for 36 years and now owns two mansions while becoming a multi-millionaire.
