BOOK OF MORMON - Critique of Jacob
The
words of his preaching unto his brethren. He confoundeth a man who
seeketh to overthrow the doctrine of Christ. A few words concerning the
history of the people of Nephi.
Chapter 1 - Jacob writes at the command of Nephi and the Nephites become wicked.
Chapter 2 - Jacob (Smith) condemns polygamy but changes his mind over the lust of the flesh.
Chapter 3 - Jacob (Smith) warns the Nephites about getting black skin through sinning.
Chapter 4 - Jacob (Smith) warns the Nephites and the stiff-necked founders of Mormonism.
Chapter 5 - Jacob quotes Zenos the alien for 77 verses about the vineyard of the Lord.
Chapter 6 - Jacob warns the Nephites and modern Mormons about the eternal lake of fire.
Chapter 7 - Sherem challenges Jacob (Smith) and is slain. Jacob ends his strange discourse.
